Journal of Biological Sciences and Molecular Research (JBSMR) is the Official journal of the Faculty of Biological Sciences, Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike Ikwo (AE-FUNAI), Ebonyi State, Nigeria. The journal is a multidisciplinary, open access and peer-reviewed journal that publishes original cutting-edge research and reviews from across all areas of microorganism, plant, animal, and human health. JBSMR serves as a pivot for the exchange of information on the state-of-the-art developments in the broad field of contemporary Biological and Biomedical research. The journal scope embraces human-relevant and mechanistic studies at all levels of biological organization, ranging from the molecular scale to the organismal level. The publication priority for JBSMR is on topics relevant to Biological Sciences, in particular related to Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Agriculture, and Toxicology.
